The company may require payment in advance to secure a booking.

Payment can only be made in Australian currency by cash, personal cheque, travelers cheque or bank cheque.

All prices listed herein are inclusive of GST and are subject to change up to the time of any booking.

Bookings cancelled more than 24 hours before departure will be refunded in full. Bookings cancelled less than 24 hours before departure will be refunded 50% of the charged cost.

Late arrivals or non-appearance by any customer will be charged the full cost of the tour or service. Notice of cancellation must be given by phone, fax, email or in person.

Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all tours and services operated by Sydney Harbour Wild Pty Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "The Company").
Any booking for any tour or service is deemed an acceptance by the purchaser of these conditions.
The tours listed on this website are operated by "The Company".
The Company reserves the right to:

• Use another compliant vessel;
• Cancel or re-schedule any tour or booking;
• Amend the content, duration or any other item of a tour or service; for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to:
  • weather, both observed and forecast;
  • sea state and swell, both observed and forecast;
  • vessel unserviceability:
  • port closures or other restrictions imposed by any relevant governmental authorities;
  • unavailability of suitable berths to embark and disembark passengers safely.

The Company will endeavour to reschedule any cancelled tour or service at a time suitable to the Company and the effected customers.
The Company shall not be responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered by any person or property as a result of any person undertaking the tour or service.
The vessel is open and can be subject to water spray and rain. The Company accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage caused to any personal property including but not limited to clothing. Customers are advised to wear suitable clothing; spray jackets are provided.
